FLOORING OPTIONS

Meeting the demands of today’s commercial spaces, our products provide design freedom, flexibility and on-trend aesthetics, while delivering long-lasting durability and superior performance. Choose among a broad range of materials, colors, finishes, styles, and modular sizes to create your unique space.

If you’re considering carpet for your new office space, it’s important to choose the right product for your application. Most carpets used in commercial applications are usually Nylon, Olefin or Polypropylene and are constructed in loop, cut pile (both broadloom) or carpet tile. Each of these fibers has its own set of strengths and weaknesses that can be used to help determine which type of carpet fits your needs.

When it comes to commercial carpet, pricing can run the gamut. Remember that unlike hard surface flooring, carpet will take a beating and will eventually show wear. It’s helpful to decide how long you want to keep the carpet too, and that may influence your cost decision. If you spend less, you may have to replace it sooner, and if you spend more to get a higher quality product, it will last longer. So it’s important to weigh the cost of replacement against spending a higher amount up front.

Make a lasting impression with our new commercial engineered wood flooring selections, which are specifically designed to elevate any project with elegant, timeless flooring solutions. Engineered from only the most durable resources, our hardwood products are ideal for practically any industry, including multi-family spaces, retail and hospitality.

In addition to its beauty and sophistication, commercial engineered wood flooring offers many health benefits, including limited accumulation of dust or pollen — as opposed to carpet, which often harbors bacteria and other allergens. Wood flooring is durable and environmentally friendly and can last for hundreds of years with proper maintenance.

Tile flooring is a popular flooring choice for commercial interiors. It is often attractive, durable, and easy to maintain. Tile flooring is produced with a variety of materials, including stone, ceramic, porcelain, and concrete, and can be installed with a range of grout types, depending on the type of flooring used. Choosing the right type of tile for a commercial interior floor depends on a variety of factors, including budget, anticipated traffic, maintenance capabilities, and aesthetics.

Tiles vary widely in cost. For example, natural stones such as granite or marble can be very expensive, ceramic and porcelain are typically much more affordable. Some types of tiles are much more durable than others, so choices must be made carefully for high-traffic areas or those with highly specialized uses, such as healthcare settings. The maintenance of tile is often one of the biggest considerations when choosing the right commercial flooring option. Some tile floors are easily maintained by sweeping and the occasional mopping, while others must be resealed after certain periods of time and require frequent repairs.

Finally, aesthetics influence tile selection for flooring. Some tiles allow designers to achieve a consistent look, while others come in a variety of colors and patterns that can make the floor a focal point within a space.

In the world of high-traffic flooring options, commercial vinyl flooring is one of the best. There are tons of options, with a variety of styles, installation options, and price points right at your fingertips. Commercial vinyl flooring is a durable and affordable flooring solution made from synthetic materials. It’s perfect for high-traffic spaces, including lobbies, offices, hospitals, grocery stores, and more. In addition to its sturdy design, commercial vinyl is also very stylish, with options for wood looks, stone looks, and abstract or geometric patterns. All in all, it’s everything a business over could want in a new floor.

You might think that vinyl flooring just comes in plank form because that’s the most popular option. However, that’s merely the beginning of your options. Vinyl flooring offers a ton of variety, from those classic wood-look planks to resilient sheets, and even tiles.

  • 100% waterproof: Whether you choose sheets, tiles, or planks, commercial vinyl flooring is fully waterproof. That means you can install it in any room, at any level.
  • Stylish looks: Choose from realistic wood and stone looks, or a trendy decorative design.
  • Low-maintenance: There’s no need to wax or refinish, and cleaning is a breeze. All you need is the occasional vacuum and damp mop to keep your floor looking fantastic.
  • No phthalates: Air quality standards are important to businesses. Fortunately, you can find many phthalate-free vinyl flooring options.

When you need long term longevity for commercial flooring and an easy to clean surface with less maintenance, Polished Concrete will be our recommendation look into. It is the most superior surface we can provide, that with routine care and maintenance, will be everlasting. Polished Concrete Floors can be processed from an existing slab or we can pour over the slab with new concrete. The concrete polishing process consists of progressively grinding the concrete with very aggressive diamond tooling to more refined diamond tooling to create a very smooth, hard, reflective surface. The floor becomes an aesthetically pleasing, low maintenance, surface which mimics the elegance of premium priced stones such as granite or marble at an affordable price.

There are various applications for concrete floors, each with their own look, function, and durability. The type of concrete flooring for a particular situation depends on how the floor will be used, location, moisture level, amount of traffic, whether heavy equipment will be used and other factors. It’s important to choose the type best suited to your particular application.

Positive Characteristics of an Exposed Concrete Flooring System

  • Durability. Concrete flooring can withstand the harshest of treatment, whether forklifts run across them or other heavy equipment puts pressure on them.
  • Long Lasting. When a concrete floor is properly maintained and sealed, it can potentially last a lifetime. This is true even in cases of high traffic or other harsh conditions often found in commercial or industrial application.
  • Versatility. Various dyes, sealers and pigments can be used to change the look of the concrete floor.
  • Easy Maintenance. Many retailers are moving to exposed concrete flooring, particularly polished concrete due to the ease and low cost of maintenance
  • Eco-friendly. Because a concrete subfloor is already present under most other flooring materials, in many cases, installation is an environmentally friendly process. Simply uninstall the floor material that has been placed over the subfloor, then apply the proper surface or coating for protection.

Artificial turf looks amazing year-round, making a great first impression on new customers or clients. It stays green, even in the rain, sleet, and snow. Many commercial turf options feature increased durability against foot traffic, so customers walking over it don’t damage it as much as they do natural grass. Commercial landscape professionals don’t need to spend hours maintaining the lawn either because commercial artificial lawns are self-sufficient once installed. Basic cleaning of debris and stains and ensuring the bristles look good constitute the majority of the care involved.

Artificial turf is environmentally friendly. Beyond conserving water, artificial grass has no need for the chemicals found in pesticides or fertilizers. Reducing the chemical input helps the environment, local animals, water tables, nearby streams and ponds, and even human health.

Many artificial turf choices are made from recyclable materials, so you can continue to be kind to the environment even when the turf’s life cycle is over.

From retail stores and corporate offices to residential care facilities or hotels, artificial grass makes a great first impression and invites customers to return or stay longer in beautiful, clean surroundings. Because turf is so versatile but doesn’t need as much care as natural grass, it can be a great solution for many commercial spaces. Consider these ways for using turf for a commercial building:

  • Front lawns or lawns in courtyards
  • A complement to patios or hardscape features
  • Artificial green walls inside or outside the business
  • Turf for commercial rooftops and patios or gardens
